Refund Policy

At NWA Meal Prep Parties, LLC, we purchase ingredients, prepare materials, and reserve class space based on participant registrations. Because of these advance commitments, all ticket sales are final.
 
No Refunds
All class registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Schedule conflicts

• Missed classes

• Late arrivals

• Illness or personal emergencies

• Changes in personal circumstances
   

No Transfers to Another Class
Tickets may not be transferred to a different class date or event. Each registration is valid only for the specific class purchased.
 
Transferring Your Ticket to Another Person
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To do so, you must notify NWA Meal Prep Parties, LLC in advance by emailing:

Please include:

• The original purchaser's name

• The class date

• The name and contact information of the new attendee

Ticket transfers must be completed prior to the start of the class.
 
Class Cancellation by NWA Meal Prep Parties, LLC
If a class is canceled by NWA Meal Prep Parties, LLC due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer their registration to a future class, if available
