Service Description
Prep 3 delicious meals (12 total servings) to feed your family, share with friends, or stock your freezer for easy weeknight dinners. Join us for a small-group, hands-on nutrition experience designed to bring community together to prepare a few quick meals, while learning systems you can repeat at home. We provide the ingredients and equipment while you learn ways to simplify the process and enjoy a fun atmosphere. See the seasonal menu tab to learn what's on the menu for your party!

Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 2 days before each class to ensure we have enough time to purchase fresh ingredients and prepare your meal prep station. At NWA Meal Prep Parties, we purchase ingredients, prepare materials, and reserve class space based on participant registrations. Because of these advance commitments, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To do so, you must notify NWA Meal Prep Parties, LLC in advance by email.
