A new season for NWA Meal Prep Parties 🍂

Hi friends!

October feels like the perfect time for a little change around here. 🍂

Over the past few months, I’ve had so much fun bringing people together to cook, prep, laugh, and leave with a few meals ready to go. And one thing has become clear:

Meal prep is even more fun when you do it together.

So, I’m shifting the focus of NWA Meal Prep Parties toward private cooking parties!

We'll now be offering a few different types of parties!

1) Cook & Connect: A cooking class focused on bringing your team together to create and enjoy a delicious meal together.

2) Meal Prep Party: Spend your time prepping, laughing, and catching up while creating meals for the week or stock your freezer for later. Choose 3 from our tried & true curated list of favorites!

3) Something Custom: We love creating parties around your group! Have a theme? A favorite food? Want a seasonal activity? Tell us what you're imagining and we'll see if we can make it happen!

You choose the group, I’ll bring the recipes and plan, and we’ll spend some time cooking, learning, and hanging out together.

And because I know getting a group together isn’t always easy, I’m also working on something new...

Simple freezer-friendly meal plans designed for real life — no complicated recipes, no spending your entire Sunday meal prepping, and no 27 containers of the same dinner.

Just practical meals you can prep ahead, stash in the freezer (or fridge!), and pull out when life gets busy.
